For the national scientific community to benefit from equipment Infranalytics FR2054 is the result of the merger of three French research infrastructures dedicated to characterization and chemical analysis
Six French laboratories specialized in FT-ICR mass spectrometry are grouped together. The director is Guillaume van der Rest, Professor at Paris-Sud University, and is managed by the LCP.
Within the MSAP unit, the FT-ICR SolarixXR 9.4 Tela Bruker mass spectrometer is accessible. Our laboratory proposes in the framework of the FR various analyzes:
- Lipid analysis with identification of fragmentation structures in CID or IRMPD
- Two-dimensional FT-ICR MS experiments
- Top-Down analyzes with nano-chromatographic coupling
